Supporting hedgehogs in our gardens

This is an opportunity to learn more about hedgehogs and how we can best support them in our gardens.

You will also be able to see some examples of hedgehog homes - and take away a leaflet with instructions on how to make your own.

How to make a simple bug hotel

Drop by between 2.00-3.30pm outside the Shed at the Mart with a local ranger to chat with - you will see some examples of different ways to make simple bug hotels, will have the opportunity to hear about how to create habitats for different insects, and can take away materials to build your own bug hotel at home. No need to sign up to the bug hotel sessions, just pop by on the day
